🍁This Arrowhead style pendant is amazing. Wildhorse stone is perfect. Stamped and signed by Navajo artist D. Wylie. Chain measures 18" plus 2" extender. Wild Horse is also known as Crazy Horse Stone or Appaloosa Stone. It is actually white magnesite with brown mottling, just like a paint horse. It also contains hematite. Wild Horse Magnesite is a natural gemstone found near Bisbee, AZ. “Wild Horse” magnesite is a marketing name. The colors are predominantly a luscious chocolate brown, deep red/brown, rust reds with white plumes. This material is similar in hardness and texture to turquoise. But NOT turquoise.
